Mute & Solo
The first two columns of the grid control track muting and soloing, letting you isolate or silence individual tracks during playback.

Columns 0-1 control track muting and soloing
Mute Column
Column 0. Tap to mute/unmute a track. Long-press for preset selection.
Solo Column
Column 1. Tap to solo a track (mute all others).
Track Columns
Columns 4-35. The sequencer grid for placing notes.
Mute (Column 0)
Tap any pixel in column 0 to mute or unmute that track.

Muted tracks appear dim and don't produce sound
Melody Mute
Tap to mute/unmute melody track. Bright = active, dim = muted.
Chords Muted
This track is muted (dim color). Notes won't play.
Bass Mute
Tap to mute/unmute bass track.
Rhythm Mute
Tap to mute/unmute rhythm track.

Mute Affects MIDI
When a track is muted:
- Internal audio is silenced
- MIDI output is also stopped for that track
- Notes remain in the pattern (just not played)
Solo (Column 1)
Tap any pixel in column 1 to solo that track (mute all other tracks).

Melody Soloed
This track is soloed (bright). Only this track plays.
Chords (Auto-Muted)
Automatically muted when another track is soloed.
Bass (Auto-Muted)
Automatically muted when another track is soloed.
Rhythm (Auto-Muted)
Automatically muted when another track is soloed.
Solo Behavior
- Tap to solo: Only that track plays
- Tap again to unsolo: All tracks return to normal
- Solo multiple: Tap multiple solo buttons to hear just those tracks

Long-Press for Presets
Long-press on the mute column (column 0) to enter Synth Preset Selection. This lets you change the sound of each track.
