Community Jams

Community Jams let you publish a finished jam to the public Pixelboop gallery and share it with a link, so anyone can hear it, open it, or remix it.

Available in TestFlight

Publishing to Community Jams is currently rolling out to testers. Want to share your jams early? Join the Early Creator program to help shape Pixelboop.

Turning on Community Jam publishing​

  1. Open the Rainbow menu (the rainbow button on the control bar).
  2. Find the Community Jam section and turn on auto-publish.
  3. From then on, when you start a new session, your finished jam is automatically saved to the public Community Jam gallery.

Sharing a jam​

Each published jam gets its own page at pixelboop.com/j/<id>. From that page, anyone can:

  • Open in Pixelboop to play and remix it.
  • Download the .pbjam file (the Pixelboop jam format).
  • Download MIDI to open it in a DAW. See Converting Jams to MIDI.
